You're Invited: Thriving Circle – Rediscover Your Path Back to You: Rebuilding Self-Trust


This month’s Thriving Circle invites you to pause, breathe, and step back into yourself. Too often we give until we’re empty, say yes when we mean no, or question if we’re enough. Together, we’ll explore how self-compassion, self-worth, and healthy boundaries are not only acts of care, but the foundation for thriving as women.


Through guided reflection, intimate group conversations, and practical exercises, you’ll reconnect with your value and leave empowered with tools to protect your peace, energy, and joy. 🌟 Special Guest Speaker: Naree Thao 🌟

We’re honored to welcome Naree, therapist and founder of Untangled Minds, who will guide us through reclaiming self-trust and setting boundaries rooted in self-worth.
