Goodbye 2024! It was one of my best years yet!

If any of you guys are into tarot reading, in 2023, I did a 2024 predictions, and it revealed that 2024 was going to be a bad, challenging, and negative year. I was also in a negative engery when I got that reading done. But I want to come on here to say that yes, it was a challenging year, I did a lot of healing work, but it was a very positive year. What you manifest will come into fruition. I could have let negative energy consume, I could have given up, but I didn't, and that is the power of believing in yourself and your intuition. My Biggest Lessons from Launching Thriving Dot This Year!

😱 I still can't believe that at the beginning of this year, Thriving Dot was just still an idea. Fast forward to now, and it’s a reality. It’s a thriving business. Reflecting on this journey, here are top five lessons I’ve learned:

1. Just Start 🚀
Did you know that it took me three whole months to come up with the name, Thriving Dot? During that time, I was stuck in thinking and strategizing, "Ho do I run a business?” But when I finally just decided to start, my mindset shifted to, “I have a business, now let’s run it!” You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Take that step ,nd everything will fall into place.

2. Find Mentors and Coaches 🤝
Thinking you have all the answers will keep you stuck. This year, I sought out mentors and coaches who challenged me, pushed me out of my comfort zone, and helped me overcome fears and limiting beliefs. Because I did, I was able to scale faster. So, surround yourself with people who inspire and challenge you. They will help you unlock doors you didn’t know existed.

3. Invest in Resources 💼
I quickly realized that if I wanted to lead my business effectively, I couldn’t do everything myself. 🙌 Hiring the right support allowed me to focus on growth and strategy instead of getting bogged down by daily tasks. By investing in help, I was able to scale to five-figure months 💵 much faster than I could have alone. Building a team has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Let go of the mindset that you need to do it all. Delegate and invest in support—it’s worth it.

4. Prioritize Self-Healing and Growth 🌱
Running a business is more than just professional—it’s personal. 💔 I had to face fears and past traumas that showed up unexpectedly, like during sales calls or tough conversations. Through self-healing and personal development, I’ve become more confident, set clear boundaries, and learned to protect my energy. ✨ Growth in business starts with growth in yourself.

5. Celebrate the Small Wins 🎉
It’s so easy to get caught up in chasing big milestones, but I’ve learned the importance of celebrating every step forward.
